Front stock seats weight 35-40 lbs race seats weigh 10-20 lbs each.
My notes on the carpet are lost. I'm going by memory on that one.}
The rear seat and back 40-50lbs {the bottom part of the back seat weighs a little less, it's the top that most heavy}.
Fiberglass body panels. Total saved weight unknown. But it is a big minus on the weight. {The savings in the hood is about 25-30 lbs alone. Use 4 hood pins and get rid of the hinges.} And depending on what style of body, the fenders are about 4-41/2 lbs. The stock fenders are around 25 lbs each. An added bonus is larger/wider tires are possible with some aftermarket fenders/flairs.
Go on a diet lose 50 lbs.
Cutting down bumper shocks or making new brackets out of aluminum saves 20 lbs {Euros only I think}
Converting the rear hatch glass to Lexan saves 40-50 lbs.
The charcoal canister for the fuel vapors can be lost and it weighs 6-7 lbs.
Remove AC and all buttons/switches/handles you don't need saves 75-80 lbs.
Don't re-attach your rear wiper when putting in your lexan rear window.
Remove your stereo and speakers and any extra wires that aren't attacked to anything.
Only have a 1/2 tank of gas at any one time.
Leave out the passenge seat all together.
Get rid of your hood insulation.
Clean all of the road dirt and grime from your engine/suspension and from under the car.
Get drilled rotors {there are a few brake savings but I'm not sure about them yet}.
You can remove your whole dash and replace it with some {thin} sheetmetal and mount your gauges in it. I haven't done this {I think it's over the top}. Not sure how much weight is saved but I think it's a lot.
Remove your door panels.
There is metal in your rear hatch, you can cut it out and replace it with sheetmetal, it will also make it easier to access your gas tank when your gas gauge acts up.
On stock rocker panels you can shave off the lip that is on them.
Strip off the undercoating of the car and respray with a lightweight, waterproofing agent.
Remove the antenna and power antenna mechanism if you have one.
Lose your electric mirrors and any "wing" you have on the back of your car. The wing will keep you from accelerating at maximum.
Change your pop up headlighs to "fixed" headlights.
Aluminum driveshaft, maybe?
Don't forget about your wheels. Smaller wheels weigh less and I think forged wheels weight a great deal more than cast wheels.
I think a stock 944 can bolt almost right in and it would be a hp boost of 1 or 2 { a 2 hp gain isequal to saving a lot of weight}.
Or just get a 2.5 inch exhaust, it's the perfect size for a 924.
Get rid of your cat conveter if you can along with your muffler, if you want to.
Gut roof panel.
remove the windshield washer bottle.
Lexan side glass without rubber.
remove every other screw holding the fenders on.
no emblems.
remove tailight inside covers.
remove the wire and inside rear light.
cut out spare wheel well, fill with flat light aluminum.
An aluminum rad from an early 944, plastic gas tank from a 944 etc. The list of possibilities is endless.

Succes
